To underestimate Decarnin’s influence would be foolish; his boulder shoulder silhouette is enduring and one which is popping up everywhere - tailored jackets, tops, evening gowns, trenches. The prevailing mentality seems to be: if it has sleeves - insert a tennis ball in the shoulder!
